Quality Management System (QMS)

Quality Objectives

Musa Poly Pack has established the following Quality Objectives to drive continuous improvement and achieve excellence in product quality:

a. Ensure compliance with ASTM D7176-05, GM13, ISO 9001:2015, and other relevant industry standards for HDPE, LLDPE, and polymer products.
b. Conduct thorough material testing, thickness verification, and welding integrity checks (where applicable) to ensure product consistency.
c. Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and prompt resolution of inquiries and concerns.
d. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating processes and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

The responsibility for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System is distributed as follows:

• Management: Top management is responsible for establishing quality policies and objectives, as well as allocating the necessary resources to maintain the QMS.

• Quality Assurance Team: This team oversees quality control activities, conducts audits, and ensures adherence to established standards.

• Production Staff: Production personnel are accountable for following established procedures and maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Document Control

This section outlines procedures for document control, including document creation, approval, distribution, and revision. All documents related to the Quality Management System are centrally stored and easily accessible to relevant personnel.

Record Keeping

Musa Poly Pack maintains comprehensive records of all quality control activities, tests, and inspection results. These records are retained for the specified period and are made available for review during audits or as required by regulatory authorities.

Quality Control Procedures

• Material Procurement and Inspection: Detailed procedures for material selection and approval from reputable suppliers, with inspection criteria to verify the quality and compliance of incoming raw materials.

• Production Processes: Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the manufacturing of HDPE, LLDPE, and polymer products, including process controls to ensure consistency in product dimensions and properties.

• Quality Testing: Specifications for material testing, thickness verification, welding integrity checks (where applicable), and the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
